色色研究所 Marketing Professor Receives "Outstanding Paper" Award
The chair of the 色色研究所 Marketing Department learned this week that an article she wrote was named an outstanding paper by a top marketing journal.
Pamela Kennett-Hensel, who is a marketing professor and chair of the University's department of marketing and logistics, won the 2013 Outstanding Paper. She received the award for an article she co-authored in 2012 with Julie Z. Sneath and Russell Lacy entitled "Liminality and Consumption in the Aftermath of a Natural Disaster" and published in the Journal of Consumer Marketing.
"The award winning papers are chosen following consultation amongst the journal's Editorial Team, many of whom are eminent academics or practitioners," said the award letter from Emerald Group Publishing. "Your paper has been selected as it was one of the most impressive pieces of work the team has seen throughout 2012."
