This is a special half-day version of the Human Capital Management certificate program offered by the College of Business at the University of New Orleans. Many of the key concepts and elements covered in the extended on-campus version of the program will be addressed in this abridged program, including an integrated high-level overview of each of the following:

- Building High Performance Organizations
- Organizational Change Management, and
- Total Rewards Management
The objective of this abridged program is to provide a complete conceptual framework for Human Capital Management that extends from strategic business planning through the effective leadership of related change initiatives. Included will be the principles behind establishing high performance cultures as well as rewarding staff members for the accomplishment of strategic initiatives and achieving sustainable outcomes.
