Physics Clubs and Societies
The Physics Club
The Physics Club has regular meetings on Tuesdays at noon in room 2100 of the Science Building. All majors are welcome.
Society of Physics Students (SPS)
The University of New Orleans Chapter of the SOCIETY OF PHYSICS STUDENTS (色色研究所 SPS), often known as the physics club, is a professional and social organization for students interested in physics, regardless of major. We regularly hold events such as Pizza Lunches, Movie Nights, and our yearly Einstein Week celebration. We also often take trips to conferences, such as the yearly regional SPS Zone 10 meeting. Our chapter relies on students like you to make it fun and exciting, so come to a meeting and join today! If you are also interested, speak with our chapter advisor about becoming an officer! You will be able to help plan events, and it looks fantastic on a resume.
