Airfare

All É«É«Ñо¿Ëù paid airfare must be paid with a State Liability Travel Credit Card or É«É«Ñо¿Ëù's CBA. A personal reimbursement for airfare is not permitted.  Airfare must be reserved through Christopherson Business Travel (CBT), the State’s contracted travel agency.

Agent Assisted Fees:

• $24.00 per domestic ticket
• $31.00 per international ticket
• $21.00 per domestic ticket for 10 plus on same itinerary
• $29.00 for international for 10 plus on same itinerary

Online Bookings Fees:

• Online Bookings are non-refundable
• $7 for domestic or international ticket 

Flight Changes and Penalty / Cancellation Fees 

The University will pay a penalty fee incurred for a change in plans or cancellation of a flight only when the change or cancellation is required by the University or unavoidable. An explanation as to why the change occurred and approval of the University's President is required for the expense to be allowed.

Unused Airline Tickets

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure airline credits from unused flights are used prior to the credit's expiration date.  CBT can assist in applying the credit toward a future É«É«Ñо¿Ëù business flight.
