Fall 2024 Residential Life Calendar
- Sunday, August 11, 2024 (9 am- 1 pm): Freshmen College of Science Majors Move In
- Monday, August 12, 2024 (8:30 am- 11:30 am): Move In for Freshmen with majors in the College of Business, College of Engineering
- Monday, August 12, 2024 (1 pm- 4:30 pm): Move In for Freshmen with majors in the College of Liberal Arts, Education and Human Development, Interdisciplinary Studies, Transfer Students or Other.
- Visit the New Student Experience website for additional details for new students. MAMBO (New Student Orientation is scheduled for August 12-16, 2024)
- Friday, August 16, 2024 (9 am- 3 pm): Returning Student Check-In
- Saturday, August 17, 2024 (9 am- 3 pm): Returning Student Check-In
- Monday, August 19: Fall 2024 Classes Begin
- Monday, September 2: Labor Day
- Friday, September 6: Fourteenth class day, final day to make any changes to meal plans.
- Monday, October 14-Tuesday, October 15: Fall Break Holiday
- November 27-29: Thanksgiving Break
- December 6-12: Final Exams
- Friday, December 13 at noon: Pontchartrain Halls close for winter break. ** Additional fees will apply to students who remain in hall after December 13.
