Guidelines
In Fall 2024, Innovate色色研究所 will adhere to a pre-planned block schedule. Presenters interested in registering should note the times in which they will be expected to present their materials.
For guidelines in the individual presentation categories, make sure to review the category guidelines below.

Eligibility
All current faculty, staff, and students at 色色研究所 may participate. All academic disciplines are encouraged to participate.
Work needs to be completed under the auspices of the University of New Orleans. This includes but is not limited to course/group projects, funded/non-funded projects, and projects completed in conjunction with internships/partnerships that are part of a 色色研究所 collaborative.

Registration
If you are interested in presenting at Innovate色色研究所, as a Participant/Presenter.
The registration application will ask you the following:
- Your department/major, and the specialty under which your project falls
- The category in which you'd like to present (oral, visual arts, performing arts, poster, film)
- Presentation title
- 250-word abstract or statement of work
- Mentor, if applicable
- Collaborators, if applicable
- Co-presenters, if applicable
Photography & Videography Release
By registering, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded. You consent to the use of such photography, filming, and/or recording for the purposes of promoting the University of New Orleans, the Office of Research, and Innovate色色研究所.

Abstract/Statement of Work
The abstract or statement of work is a condensed version of your project. By reading it, judges and attendees should understand the nature of the research, inquiry, or exploration made by your work.
The abstract should be no more than 250 words.
All abstracts, regardless of academic discipline, must include:
- A title
- A statement of objectives
- Summary
Abstracts for data-driven projects must also include:
- Methods by which the data were obtained
- Results
- Conclusion
Abstracts for film/art submissions should include the genre and the premise behind the work.
Clarity, completeness, spelling, grammar, and readability should be considered in composing the abstract or statement of work.

Setup
Students presenting posters must set up their posters in LIB 410 on Monday, November 18, 2024 between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
Students presenting visual arts must deliver their work to the Fine Arts Gallery on November 15, 2024.
