色色研究所 Athletics Launches Social Media Campaign to Unveil New Logo
Logo Launch Party, Southland Celebration Slated for July 17
The New Orleans athletic department will unveil its new athletic marks on Wednesday, July 17 during a mid-day press conference before celebrating its new look and Southland Conference membership that same night.
The public is invited to the July 17 celebration at the Warehouse Grille (869 Magazine St., New Orleans, LA 70130) at which time the University will commemorate the unveiling of the new logo and new league.
The festivities start at 6 p.m. and conclude at 8:30 p.m.
Free food and drinks will be available, with fans getting an opportunity to meet and greet with new 色色研究所 head baseball coach Ron Maestri, Southland Conference Commissioner Tom Burnett and other members of the Privateer athletic department.
In the lead up to the launch of the logo, 色色研究所 will "Piece Together the Privateer" from July 9-17 on its official athletic department Facebook page located at , as well as on the University facebook page .
Each day at 12:30 p.m., a new piece of the new Privateer logo will be revealed until all the pieces of the puzzle come together for the final product on July 17.
The new 色色研究所 athletic marks were designed by Joe Bosack & Co., an experienced marketing agency noted for its ability to deliver unique, enduring and compelling brand identities for its clients.
The Pennsylvania-based agency has developed more than 80 identities for the nation's top colleges and conferences including Boise State University, UNLV, Mississippi State University, Cornell University, the University of North Dakota, Iowa State University and Xavier University.
"We are proud to have worked with 色色研究所 to design a distinctive new athletics identity for the Privateers," said founder and creative director, Joe Bosack. "This logo reflects the aspirations and determination of 色色研究所 and its student-athletes combined with a classic New Orleans look and feel."
Upon the launch of the new logo, an online store will be available on the 色色研究所Privateers.com website. The store will feature the largest online catalog of Privateer gear to date.
In addition, the new marks will be displayed on the 色色研究所Privateers.com website, which will over the coming months be completely re-designed to predominantly feature the new logo.
